CommoN Questions

GENERAL Q & A

This is a golden and 100% legitimite question. How can this even be possible?

The top answers are:

#1: Out dated mailing information. The payment isn't cashed, so the original payment is voided. (Wrong mailing address)

#2: Junk mail. Payment was mailed. Receiver never cashed it because they threw it away.

In any scenerio possible, an actual claim has to be established to re-approve, and reprocessed. That's where we step in to assist expedite & simplify this process from A to Z.

This is very common.

The amount a creditor is actually approved comes from the debtors overall case and other debts owed.

In this case, we do not control the amount that was approved. You would need to appeal the decision, but most of the time if the claim is closed, the appeal window is also.

It can happen to any bankruptcy case. The main categories are:

Chapter 7 - Complete discharge

Chaper 13 - Debt Restructure

Chapter 11 (usually business)

That is a personal choice we have run across, but a rare one.

Of course, you don't have to claim anything, it'll be forfeited to the government.

Be sure to check out our options in case for some reason you don't want your monies.

100% - Absolutely you can.

Dealing with paperwork, follow up, working with courts and follow up until completion is what we do.

Our top priority is awareness. Most people don't have any idea they have a claim available, until we tell them.

Our next goal, of course is to get it paid out. We audit cases and work with the courts to maintain clean accounting, and help get these dormant payments completed.

Check our Multiple Ways to File for any option we can help with, and if you still don't need our assistance - File your claim!

2 weeks to 90 days on average.

If the claim gets complicated, we still follow through but it may extend the processing results.

No - We (BKG) do not require SSN, only proper I.D.

However,  proof of SSN may be needed during your claim. (Form W9)

Your privacy is important to us. We've got a direct way for our clients as desired by our claimant.

Not very often. - It depends.

We use our streamlined system, designed to save you time and money.

Using an attorney is not usually required, and adds to the cost of processing the claim.

By Request: If you request your claim to be administered by an attorney, we can accomodate this option.

Great question. We'll show you. It's part of our standard practice of transparency.

We'll show you the evidence of your claim in some form or fashion.

1- Actual court documentation

2- Live video walk thru of your claims listing online.

3- Online screenshot of your claim listing online.

Excellent!
